About Team
The AR OS product team is an innovative group dedicated to developing future-oriented augmented reality operating systems that deliver seamless experiences by integrating the digital and physical worlds. Collaborating with designers, algorithm experts, and system engineers, the team adopts agile development to rapidly iterate and optimize the product, constantly pushing the frontiers of augmented reality.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and management of AR OS products, driving the process from concept to implementation.
-Conduct in-depth analysis of user needs to identify Product-Market alignment and effectively design AR OS features.
- Emphasize user-centered design principles to create a simple, intuitive, and efficient AR OS interaction experience.
- Collaborate closely and effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing.
- Define product development plans and project timelines, ensuring key milestones are achieved at each stage.
- Stay informed about cutting-edge technologies to drive innovation and their practical application in AR OS products.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical or design field.
- 5+ years of product management experience with a proven ability to deliver successful products from ideation to launch and 3+ years of leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and mentoring team members.
- Proven experience and understanding of OS products or related platforms is highly desirable.
- Exceptional ability to uncover user needs, analyze data, and apply user experience and interaction design principles to inform product decisions.
- Strong technical foundation and understanding of AI, XR, and consumer electronics technologies.
- Demonstrated success in cross-functional leadership with exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Strong project management and planning experience, including experience defining development timelines and ensuring deliverable alignment.
- Effective cross-functional collaboration and leadership, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $210000 - $414000 annually.​

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.​
