Job Overview

The PSC Telehealth Supervisor will be responsible for supervising the PSC Telehealth staff and overall efficiency of the PSC telehealth workflows.  The PSC Telehealth Supervisor would help lead staff training and implementation for telehealth tools and technology. This positon will analyze telehealth utilization informatics reports related to telehealth visits, inform decision support, and help manage telehealth strategy outcomes. The PSC Telehealth Supervisor would serve as the internal subject matter expert on clinical telehealth applications, workflows, and as the coordinator between back office and other ancillary providers and IT experts. The PSC Telehealth Supervisor would monitor the development and configuration of clinical applications with telehealth solutions and provide guidance to patient care and nursing teams in workflow integration solutions. The PSC Telehealth Supervisor will also be responsible for the development of strategies around quality improvement and reporting for telehealth visits and outcomes, including data collection and analysis of patient satisfaction surveys following the patient visit.

Minimum Requirements

1. Current LVN license issued by the State of California required and 3+ years hands-on experience with electronic medical record system(s).

2. Experience and familiarity with telehealth, its workflows and the technologies involved.

3. Prior experience with an Electronic Health/Medical system (EHR/EMR); Experience in using EPIC system, highly desired.

4. Experience with project implementation and ability to analyze data.

5. Prior supervisory and training experience preferred.

6. Bilingual Spanish/English a plus.

Salary Range

$74,660.07 - $93,325.09 annually
