Technical Analyst:
As a technical analyst, you'll be responsible for working and collaborating with clients as well as our internal Engineering, Consulting, and Support teams on Netsmart solution integrations and data mapping. You will be responsible for setting up and troubleshooting data and technology solutions within our CareFabric architecture. This involves helping clients with technical issues, connecting different systems through interoperability, and suggesting improvements. To excel in this role, you'll need technical skills like SQL, database management, and familiarity with automation tools like UI Path. Strong problem-solving abilities, communication skills, and a proactive approach to learning are essential. Join us and make a tangible impact on improving our systems and services.
Your role extends beyond technical tasks; you'll also provide consultative support to clients, leveraging your expertise to guide them effectively. Proactively identifying opportunities for improvement, you'll offer constructive suggestions for change, contributing to the continuous enhancement of our systems and services.
Responsibilities
Implement, manage and troubleshoot data and integration solutions for which you are responsible.
Address incoming requests for troubleshooting and configuration of the CareFabric architecture.
Deliver interfaces or data solutions across multiple Care Records/modules.
Establishing connectivity and data mapping of 3rd party systems or Netsmart EHRs which enable data exchange.
Provide consultative events to clients.
Identify opportunities for improvement and make constructive suggestions for change.
Qualifications
Required
Ability to work onsite in Overland Park, KS
Bachelor’s degree in management information systems, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, information Systems Technology, Data Analytics or similar.
Equivalent 42 years of work experience in lieu of degree
Builds collaborative relationships by interacting and engaging with internal associate’s clients.
Prioritize multiple competing priorities and deadlines.
Solves problems and troubleshooting.
