The North Star is one of the most ambitious Aviva Group's projects, aiming to transform Finance function through process simplification, efficiency gains, and a culture of doing things once and right. North Star Team ensures continued improvement of the SII Internal Model process and SCR reporting acceleration for UK, Ireland and Canada business.

What will you be doing?

  • Increase efficiency of SII sensitivities, a key process with extensive usage across capital optimisation, ALM and reporting,

  • Broaden the scope of SII sensitivity model and support model changes implementation,

  • Reshape E2E SCR reporting processes to reduce repetition and create savings in WDT,

  • Partner with the team of actuarial experts from all over the UK,

  • Ensure smooth route to live production for the new process,

  • Effectively communicate results to stakeholders,

  • Be a team player and support flexible resourcing model.

What we’re looking for?

  • 4+ years of working experience in actuarial reporting activities,

  • A proven track record of stakeholder management and delivering at pace,

  • Strong understanding of finance systems and processes,

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
