1. Responsible for the Data Analysis of Tiktok search business, together with the team to conduct in-depth business mining and analysis, optimize user's search experience, and give clear and feasible solutions;

2. Collaborate with product, operation, algorithm and R&D teams to promote the implementation of optimization plans so as to achieve improvement and growth for the business;

3. Lead the team to be responsible for the design and analysis of various A/B tests in the search business, the evaluation of product optimization effects and market activities, the analysis of core index anomalies, and the construction of data systems;

4. Provide directional analysis and guidance with research on the industry and insight into the business, participate in key business decisions, and provide solutions to key and difficult problems in the search business;

5. Responsible for the construction of specialized models in business.
