SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for supervising and planning the execution of cost-effective and timely maintenance necessary for the operation of all equipment processes required by the Processing, Maintenance, and Refrigeration departments.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Directing, coordinating, and supporting maintenance supervisors and personnel.
Working with contractors, vendors or company engineering in the modification or installation of equipment troubleshooting.
Resolving new and or different technical problems regarding equipment processes.
Efficiently managing maintaining highly automated systems including PLCs, HMIs, and Robotics.
Coordinating maintaining the maintenance training program for maintenance Team Members.
Assisting in preparing and overseeing budgets.
Coordinating Team Member work schedules and ensuring all parts and assets necessary to perform maintenance are available and maintained.
Providing information for managerial decision making; and performing other responsibilities as the need arises.
REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience: 5 plus years of maintenance supervisor experience required.
