Job Description: Organizational Change Management – Time & Leave
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead to join our team. The OCM Lead will be responsible for developing and implementing effective change management strategies and plans to support our organization in successfully navigating through periods of change. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in change management methodologies and tools, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver effective training programs and materials to support the adoption of new processes, systems, and technologies.
- Identify potential risks and resistance to change and develop proactive strategies to address and mitigate them.
- Lead and facilitate change management activities such as impact assessments, coaching plan, change readiness assessments, and training plans.
- Develop comprehensive communication plans and methods.
- Work closely with project teams to ensure change management activities are integrated into project plans and timelines.
- Creates and manages measurement systems to track adoption, utilization, and proficiency of individual changes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leaders, managers, and employees.
- Stay current with industry best practices and trends in change management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience in organizational change management, including the development and implementation of change management strategies and plans.
- Strong knowledge of change management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Experience in delivering training programs and materials.
- Ability to analyze and interpret data to measure the effectiveness of change management efforts.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
