Core Business Services – Talent Development and Learning – Instructional Design (Supervising Associate) (Multiple Positions) (1597517), Ernst & Young U.S. LLP, Pittsburgh, PA.
Define and design learning solutions and programs, using approved templates and tools. Collaborate with other designers, content owners, developers, and vendors to support the continuous improvement of design and development efficiency and quality. Plan and document learning solutions and gain approvals from design leaders and business partners. Write innovative eLearning pages and storyboards, audio/video scripts, facilitator and participant guides, job aids and other materials; test prototype products with sample audiences. Write engaging instructional materials including assessments and quizzes, practice exercises with appropriate feedback, simulations, demonstrations, case studies, worked examples, procedural steps, descriptions of concepts/processes/principles, opportunities for reflection and self-explanation, and overviews. Draft deployment plans and consult with regional deployment teams to revise the learning design as necessary.
Provide technical guidance and share knowledge with team members with diverse skills and backgrounds. Consistently deliver quality client services focusing on more complex, judgmental and/or specialized issues. Demonstrate technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Learn about EY and its service lines and actively assess and present ways to apply knowledge and services.
Full time employment, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, Business, Information Systems, or a related field and 3 years of work experience. Alternatively, will accept a Master’s degree Psychology, Education, Business, Information Systems, or a related field and 2 years of work experience.
Must have 2 years of experience in designing courses and other learning programs for an international audience.
Must have 2 years of experience designing effective e-learning experiences, online and classroom simulations, and/or instructional media.
Must have 2 years of experience in web-based applications and/or learning management systems.
Must have 2 years of experience in Microsoft Office Suite.
Requires travel up to 7% to serve client needs.
