What We're Looking for:

We are looking for people who are passionate about delivering self-driving (L4) products that make the way we move safer, faster and more efficient. We seek mission-driven, highly skilled people with deep experience in fast-paced, rapidly growing, tech development environments.

The Mapping team is responsible for providing ground-truth data about the real world to autonomous vehicles nationwide. We own the entire end-to-end stack from databases to services, algorithms to caches; we fuse information from disparate data sources into a consistent view of the world to aid in autonomy.

What Success Looks Like:

• Collaborate closely with Perception, Decision Making, and ML Infra to define infrastructure requirements and build and design critical services. Develop large-scale pipelines that fuse disparate data sources together in a traceable, versioned workflowLeverage the latest cloud technologies to design, implement, and test scalable distributed systems.
• In 2024, you will be instrumental in architecting and delivering entirely new end-to-end backends.
• We expect:
• Experience with cloud environments, storage, database, and service providers (GCP/AWS/etc.).
• Experience with large scale distributed systems and pipelines.
• Experience in Python.
