Quality Manager - US POE

Responsibilities/Scope of Work

• Responsible for their segment Construction Team Relationship
• Responsible for their segment Const. Quality Team Development & Management
• Responsible for Subconsultant Management
• Responsible for their segment Training and On-boarding
• Accountable for the QA Inspection & Testing Management
• Accountable for Step verification and Tracing
• Responsible for identifying, responding, and closing of non-compliances. Coordinate jointly with Component Managers to resolve outstanding NCRs by holding NCR meetings and providing minutes of the agreements reached with the Client (WDBA).
• Develop ITPs jointly with Construction and Quality Control
• Respond and close OFIs
• Ensure all Quality records are maintained
• Participate in Quality audits

 

Qualifications/Skills

       

• Ten (10) years of work experience with at least six (6) of those years having supervision or management experience.
• Should have at least five years of experience within the past 10 years as a construction quality manager on major (preferred) bridge construction project or other major urban civil infrastructure project.
• Design Build or P3 Experience on Infrastructure Projects
