- Group Benefit Administration Builder I $25.00 - $26.00, plus annual bonus opportunity.
- Group Benefit Administration II: $59,000 to $63,000, plus annual bonus opportunity.
- 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Build and configure benefit plan designs into the benefits administration system based on client specifications, carrier plan documents, and compliance regulations.
- Collaborate with implementation teams, clients, brokers, and carriers to gather necessary data and plan details.
- Interpret Summary Plan Descriptions (SPDs), insurance contracts, and other benefits documentation to ensure accurate system configuration.
- Perform thorough system testing and audits to validate accuracy of benefit plans, rates, eligibility rules, coverage levels, and employee scenarios.
- Troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues, discrepancies, or system errors in a timely and efficient manner.
- Partner with ongoing account management teams to support client system changes, renewals, and plan updates.
- Maintain detailed documentation of plan builds, configuration processes, and client specifications.
- Stay current on industry trends, regulatory changes, and carrier requirements that impact benefit administration.
- Support data integration with carriers, payroll vendors, and HRIS systems as needed.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
- Six plus months of experience in benefits administration, HRIS configuration, or related field.
- Experience with benefits administration systems (such as bswift, enavigator preferred.)
- Strong knowledge of group health, dental, vision, life, disability, and voluntary benefits.
- Ability to read and interpret benefits plan documents, contracts, and carrier guidelines.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
