The annual base salary for this position ranges from $97,200.00 in our lowest geographic market to $217,700.00 in our highest geographic market. Actual salary will vary based on a candidate's location, qualifications, skills and experience.

The ICON Studios team is seeking an Executive Producer for our network of Global ICON Studios. This person is highly organized, results driven, and is a known expert within the production industry. A strong communicator, liaising cross-functionally within the brand to lead and drive an organized, efficient, and successful production process. You are a leader who has a proven background in people and team management. You are a problem-solver, forward-thinker and a creative partner who continuously looks for improvement in our production processes to effectively execute the creative strategy and vision for ICON Studios.

What we are looking for?

  • A partner to the Director of Production to set the vision for all production teams in the ICON Studios portfolio.

  • Lead and empower the ICON production team, helping to manage the overall team success and individual career growth.

  • Develop, improve, and implement production strategies in conjunction with the Director of Production for all teams.

  • Trusted thought-partner to the creative team who can expertly recommend production approaches and creative partners.

  • Own on the floor production processes ensuring all cross-functional teams are included and considered in final decisions.

  • Lead constant improvement workstreams throughout studios as needed.

  • Partner in establishing best practices and resources needed to optimize creative workflows.

  • Work with the Director of Production on strategic resource planning, forecasting and project prioritization to meet current and future business needs.

  • Develop and implement programs and structures that support the larger organization to deliver on-time, on-budget, on brand, in excellence and aligned to creative and business objectives.

What you bring to Nike

  • Extensive knowledge of photography, motion, or any other form of content in e-commerce and creative productions – minimum of 7 years.

  • Strong understanding of studio management and project management.

  • Expertise in negotiation and contract management.

  • Expertise in budget planning, management, and reconciliation.

  • Strong industry relationships.

  • Able to build working relationships with core and cross-functional teams.

  • Proven history managing people and teams in varying locations.

  • Demonstrable ability to make effective decisions in challenging situations and/or under pressure.

  • Proven ability to manage heavy workloads, prioritize work appropriately, and meet assigned deadlines; excellent organizational and analytical skills (including attention to detail).

  • Self-motivated, results driven and well organized.

  • Demonstrable problem solver who can devise creative solutions to new client offerings and existing business needs.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of employees.

  • Ability to travel as needed to ICON Studio locations (based in Los Angeles, CA).
