Hikma Pharmaceuticals is currently seeking talented College Summer Intern for our Berkeley Heights, New Jersey site. As an Intern you will establish and maintain meaningful projects in a working environment that will enhance your marketability as well as provide value to the organization through continued networking. You will actively contribute to the discovery, development and delivery of our products to our patients and customers.
Internship will commence in May and end no later than August.
Responsibilities
Provide administrative/technical support to the Human Resources team. Will focus on HR processes.
Assignments may include:
- Assist with documenting procedures and processes to ensure consistency.
- Identify inconsistencies and propose improvements.
- Participate in special global HR projects.
- Assist in facilitating new employee orientation.
- File documents and assist in answering client inquiries.
- Assist TA with scheduling interviews.
- Assist TA with job postings utilizing various platforms to advertise job openings, ensuring maximum visibility to attract top talent.
- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers with new employee orientation.
- Using HCM & other people related software
- Assist with any projects including through implementation.
- Complete other ad hoc responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
- Must be an Undergraduate, Graduate, or Professional Student in good academic standing.
- Must have completed 12 credit hours within a related major and/or other related coursework.
- Overall, cumulative GPA must be at least 3.0 (on 4.0 scale) or better.
- Major must be related to the field of internship.
- Must be able to demonstrate effective communication skills.
- Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Planning and Organizational skills.
- Proficient usage of Microsoft Office applications.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction.
- Must be willing to submit to a background investigation, including verification of your past employment, criminal history, and educational background.
- Must be willing to take a drug test.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
