This job assumes responsibility for overseeing Clinical OLN Course offerings. Manages, updates, and organizes content in OLN to ensure that course offerings are properly organized and maintained in the system. Coordinates logistics for corporate training courses, including physical space and setup in accordance with training program requirements, audience, and resource availability in all locations served. Collaborates with Business Partners to ensure that corporate training and education programs are rolled out and positioned to meet business needs, creates and implements course surveys, and maintains reporting and audits and provides ad-hoc reporting when necessary.

Education 

Required - RN Diploma or Associate's Degree in Nursing

Preferred - BSN

 
Work Experience

Required - 5 years experience in operations including one year of experience at an administrative level or three years of hospital-based experience.

Preferred-Experience in a training/events environment
Experience in eLearning, course development and instructional design
Proficiency in Health Stream
Proficiency in Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, and/or other eLearning authoring tools

Certifications

Required - Current State of Louisiana Registered Nurse License

Knowledge Skills and Abilities (KSAs)

• Must have computer skills and dexterity required for data entry and retrieval of information.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills and the ability to present information clearly and professionally.
• Must be proficient with Windows-style applications, various software packages specific to role and keyboard.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of Joint Commission and Department of Health and Human Services Accreditation standards.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to and experience handling confidential material responsibly at all times.

Job Duties

• Oversees Clinical OLN course offerings.
• Collaborates with others on training and education programs.
• Provides support to clinical OLN administrators.
• Maintains reporting and audits.
• Other related duties as required.
