Overview

The AI Transformation Manager, will champion the strategic integration of AI to revolutionize Steritech’s core functions. This includes enhancing assessment quality, optimizing operations and sales efficiency, and refining communications. The manager will collaborate directly with product & innovation leadership, driving initiatives that boost specialist productivity and the modernization of our training and assessment methodologies. This role is key to Steritech delivering on our innovation roadmap and ensuring a competitive edge through AI solutions.

Duties & Responsibilities

Define and execute Steritech's comprehensive AI strategy and roadmap, identifying and prioritizing high-impact use cases that drive significant business value.
Lead the evaluation, recommendation, and implementation of AI solutions to streamline creative processes, optimize operational workflows, and enhance communication efficiency.
Drive innovation enablement by identifying and developing AI-enhanced offerings that expand our service capabilities and significantly improve specialist productivity.
Champion "Assessment of the Future" initiatives, designing AI-supported solutions that deliver faster, more actionable insights and maintain Steritech's industry leadership.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve operational bottlenecks through the strategic integration of practical AI solutions.
Oversee the development and production of AI-enhanced sales collateral and training assets, ensuring alignment with our brand standards and supporting new product/service launches.
Enhance internal communications by leveraging AI for improved content workflows, tool utilization, and the creation of engaging, high-quality content.

Candidate Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Strategy or related field OR equivalent years of experience.
Master’s Degree in AI, Data Science, or related technology management field preferred.

Experience

8+ years of progressive experience in a relevant field.
2-3 years in a leadership or senior individual contributor role focused on strategy, innovation, or technology adoptions.
Extensive experience in multimedia design, production, and marketing strategy, with a proven track record of delivering impactful results in both agency and in-house environments.
Demonstrated success in leading and implementing new technology initiatives, ensuring strong user adoption and clear business value, particularly within fast-paced, evolving industries.
Expertise in generative AI tools and their practical application for content creation and developing innovative training programs.
A visionary mindset with the ability to translate complex programs into actionable strategies, effectively communicating long-term goals and AI solutions to diverse stakeholders, from technical teams to executive leadership.
Strong understanding of operational efficiency principles and a knack for identifying and executing process optimization opportunities that yield measurable improvements.
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work seamlessly and influence effectively across multiple remote and cross-functional teams.
