Field Supervisor - Roofing

About the role

The Field Supervisor will be responsible for up to 5 crews by monitoring the crew leads to make sure all installation jobs are done in a professional and timely manner. The ideal candidate for the Field Supervisor will be an individual with demonstrated supervisory/management experience, preferably in the solar industry.

Roles & Responsibilities

Assess what is needed to get a job done in the required timeframe
Reviews upcoming installations for potential issues.
Analyzes jobs to determine which needs the most and least help.
Conducts job site safety inspections and quality assurance reviews.
Identify electrical and construction/roofing issues for referral the appropriate dept.
Review the layout of the system, electrical design, layout of equipment and pipework to ensure it is aesthetically pleasing.

Qualifications & Experience

Communicate and lead by example through a positive and professional demeanor.
Strong customer service, interpersonal and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with solar equipment, hardware and electronics preferred but not mandatory.
Must have valid drivers license and maintain a good driving record.
Must be able to pass required background and drug test.
Minimum 2 experience in a supervisory role.
