MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Project Manager to join our team in Fayetteville, NC. 

In this role, you will contribute to a mission-focused team that will support military operators and mission partners by overseeing complex projects that support mission-critical initiatives, ensuring alignment with client objectives, on-time delivery, and effective team coordination. You will be instrumental in driving program success and cultivating strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Leading cross-functional project teams to deliver high-impact technical and operational outcomes

• Defining project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business and mission objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders

• Developing full-scale project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk management strategies

• Managing project budgets, monitoring performance, and providing regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders

• Coordinating with government sponsors and internal departments to ensure contract compliance and satisfaction

• Identifying and mitigating project risks to ensure successful delivery within scope, schedule, and budget

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field OR High School and 4 years of additional experience or Associate's Degree and 2 years of additional experience may be exchanged in lieu of a required Bachelor's degree

• 9+ years of project or program management experience, including managing large-scale federal contracts

• 4+ years of experience managing complex IT projects or programs

• Proven experience using project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, MS Project, Jira)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in a relevant discipline

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent

• Experience with large DoW or federal government projects

• Knowledge of IT, cybersecurity, or logistics environments
