Role
We are looking for a Technical Program Manager (TPM) based in San Jose, CA (hybrid, 3 days a week), or remotely based in the United States, reporting to the Director, Information Security Compliance within the Security Compliance team. You will develop a robust Identity Security program to secure internal services supporting customer-facing products, focusing on non-human identities, shared accounts, and privileged access. By connecting security standards with practical implementation, you will drive initiatives across Product Security, Compliance, IT, and Engineering to ensure scalable, modern identity solutions.
What you’ll do (Role Expectations)
-
Execute Identity Security initiatives including non-human identity lifecycle, privileged access management, and IGA onboarding by coordinating across Product Security and Engineering teams
-
Accelerate delivery by collaborating with Product Managers and IT to validate solutions and break down complex projects into continuous delivery cycles
-
Streamline processes by operationalizing identity security standards into practical workflows, integration patterns, and scalable onboarding efficiency
-
Enable application and service onboarding into IGA workflows while supporting transitions away from static credentials
-
Improve documentation and alignment by developing clear project plans, JIRA tickets, and technical guides for stakeholders across the business
Who You Are (Success Profile)
-
You thrive in ambiguity. You're comfortable building the path as you walk it. You thrive in a dynamic environment, seeing ambiguity not as a hindrance, but as the raw material to build something meaningful.
-
You act like an owner. Your passion for the mission fuels your bias for action. You operate with integrity because you genuinely care about the outcome. True ownership involves leveraging dynamic range: the ability to navigate seamlessly between high-level strategy and hands-on execution.
-
You are a problem-solver. You love running towards the challenges because you are laser-focused on finding the solution, knowing that solving the hard problems delivers the biggest impact.
-
You are a high-trust collaborator. You are ambitious for the team, not just yourself. You embrace our challenge culture by giving and receiving ongoing feedback—knowing that candor delivered with clarity and respect is the truest form of teamwork and the fastest way to earn trust.
-
You are a learner. You have a true growth mindset and are obsessed with your own development, actively seeking feedback to become a better partner and a stronger teammate. You love what you do and you do it with purpose.
What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
-
8+ years of expertise in technical program management, IAM/security engineering, or program delivery for security and compliance
-
Strong grasp of IAM concepts including OAuth2/OIDC, SAML, PKI, secrets management, non-human identities, and privileged access
-
Familiarity with IGA platforms such as SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta, or Hashicorp Vault and app/service onboarding practices
-
Proven ability to work closely with engineering teams and experience with lightweight automation or tools
