FLEXRACKby Qcells is an integrated solar company that offers custom-designed, fixed tilt ground mount and single-axis solar tracking systems in the commercial and utility-scale solar mounting industries. FLEXRACK by Qcells also offers full services, including engineering, geotechnical, pullout testing, field, and layout design services to address the actual site conditions of a project site. Solar FlexRack has completed over 3.5 GW of solar racking installations in over 40 U.S. states, 9 Canadian provinces and across the globe. SUMMARY The primary focus will be to lead administrative efforts to our FLEXRACK Procurement and Project Management team, provide exceptional customer service and manage the flow of information between internal and external stakeholders. This position reports to the Director of Program Management, or another management personnel that the President of the Company may designate. This position is located in Highland Hills office and will be hybrid (3 days in office and 2 days remote). Working hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:00am to 5:00pm or 9:00am to 6:00pm local time. Overtime and weekend working hours may be required as needed. This position is expected to travel up to 5%.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform data entry, scan documents, review packing slips, cross reference POs and shipping documents as well as vital throughput duties
- Process material receipts, dispatches and manage sales orders in our ERP system
- Manage and collate material certifications provided by supplier partners
- Work with extensive, Excel-based BOMs to create order entry and order purchasing documents
- Communicate on a regular basis with internal stakeholders including, but not limited to, Engineering, Purchasing, Project Management and Field Services
- Create stock codes and manage standard costs in our ERP system
- Maintain spreadsheets with all project information and material dates so that other team members may access that information at any point in time and be confident of its accuracy
- Manage and move rapidly between multiple projects with superior accuracy
- Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, proposals, and emails
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Business education or relevant administrative experience required
- 2+ years of hands on administrative support experience
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook
- Comfortable with calculations and basic conversions
- High level of integrity and attention to detail
- Excellent communicationi skills – written and verbal
- Relationship building approach and strong customer service skills
- Ability to priortize projects and strong problem-solving skills
- Solid interpersonal skils (team player)
- Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Stationary Position: frequently remains stationary up to 90% of the time and sitting up to 8 hours in a day

- Carry Weight: infrequently carry weight and/or lift objects (light to heavy) weighing up to 10 pounds

- Sight: frequent use of sight to detect images on computer, office documents, and office objects near and far
- Climb: occasionally ascends/descends on stairway to get to office upper and lower floors
- Travel: up to 5% as needed
