WELLNESS COORDINATOR - FLINT, MICHIGAN
BILINGUAL, FLUENT IN SPANISH - REQUIRED
We are seeking a compassionate, WELLNESS COORDINATOR in the FLINT AREA to provide a range of interventions to children, adults, and families, using acceptable treatment methodologies consistent with the established practice models. The behavioral health team member we hire must be bilingual, fluent in Spanish, with a minimum of two years field experience working with families with varying issues using strength-based, family-centered, solution focused approaches to provide mental health services to refugee families using established, program specific core curricula.

Job Qualifications
Education, Training, and Licensure/Certification
- Minimum of bachelor’s degree in social work or comparable human service field preferred.
Experience
- Minimum two years field experience working with families with varying issues using strength-based, family-centered, solution focused approaches preferred.
Additional Work Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with good driving record; reliable ongoing personal transportation, current automobile registration and proof of automobile insurance.
