Job Summary:
The Security Analyst is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and responding to security threats and incidents across the organization's information systems. The Security Analyst collaborates with IT, risk, and compliance teams to maintain a secure environment and drive continuous improvement in security operations.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze security alerts and incidents across information systems; investigate and respond to security threats, vulnerabilities, and breaches; assist in the implementation and maintenance of security controls, policies, and procedures; conduct regular security assessments and audits; collaborate with IT, risk, and compliance teams to support security initiatives; prepare and deliver security reports and recommendations to management; support audits and regulatory examinations by providing documentation and responding to inquiries; recommend and implement process improvements to enhance security posture; foster a culture of security awareness and compliance.

Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field;
Minimum Experience: minimum 5 years of experience in security analysis, information security, or IT; knowledge of security frameworks, tools, and industry best practices; experience monitoring and responding to security incidents;
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: proficiency with security management systems and Microsoft Office Suite; strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills; effective communication and stakeholder management abilities; attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Primarily office-based with regular interaction with IT, risk, and compliance teams; occasional travel for audits, training, or industry conferences may be required; fast-paced environment with shifting priorities; adherence to firm standards, ethical practices, and regulatory requirements.
