We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic recent PhD graduate to join our dynamic research team as a Post-Doctoral Fellow in the field of retinal disease mechanisms and models.

 

About Us:

Our research group focuses on advancing our understanding of retinal diseases. We are dedicated to fostering a collaborative and stimulating research environment that encourages creativity, critical thinking, and scientific excellence.

 

Responsibilities:

- Conducting independent research on the mechanisms and models of retinal diseases

- Designing and performing experiments, analyzing data, and interpreting results

- Contributing to the development of research projects and grant proposals

- Collaborating with team members and external partners

- Presenting research findings at conferences and publishing in peer-reviewed journals

 

Qualifications:

- PhD in a relevant field (e.g., Neuroscience, Biomedical Sciences, Vision Science, etc.)

- Background in retinal biology, disease models, and/or imaging techniques desired but not required

- Demonstrated research experience through publications and conference presentations

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting

- Eager to learn, motivated to excel, and passionate about making a difference in the field of retinal disease research
