  • Responsible for administering the contractual requirements for compensation processing and continue to help analysts excel at the fundamentals. This job will have the autonomy for recommending and implementing work strategies.
  • The role is a part of the Crew Compensation team within our Crew Compensation group. 

What you'll do

  • Identify, develop and document new processes and procedures that will improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Crew Compensation team and ensure sustainability
  • Leverage available tools and technologies to ensure the Crew Compensation team remains organized and has access to necessary resources
  • Ensure the successful coordination and implementation of strategic initiatives that impact Crew Compensation
  • Work effectively with information technology, data, report writing and excel.
  • Create presentations and other collateral as needed by the department.
  • Maintain exceptionally strong verbal and written communication skills, keeping stakeholders informed of project statuses
  • Coordination and collaboration with key stakeholders across the IOC, IT and other teams as needed
  • Ability to manage conflicting priorities and simultaneous tasks and deliver on time
     

All you'll need for success

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years experience in Crew Compensation 

Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • Project Management and Program Management

Skills, Licenses & Certifications

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, etc.
  • Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and written
  • Ability to follow instructions, processes and procedures 
  • Ability to improve, correct, modify and resolve issues and problems with the help of existing procedures, norms and processes
  • Ability to update existing work methods
