Responsibilities:
Implement global projects and standards for accounting processes in the dedicated countries/divisions (utilizing digital solutions such as P2P, Kofax, Coupa).
Manage a team to run all relevant accounting functions (debtors, suppliers, assets, General Ledger).
Manage accounting/tax/admin complexity of respective countries & divisions, in accordance with local GAAPs and FHCS/IFRS policies. Responsible for monthly/quarterly/yearly accounting related closing for the respective FHCS countries/entities.
Manage audits and local accounting and tax requirements of the multiple countries and/or FHCS entities, in coordination with auditors.
Develop Transfer Pricing Documentation for the multiple countries.
Qualifications:
Degree in Accounting or Finance required.
CPA or other relevant certification preferred.
At least 7 years of relevant experience working in accounting/finance.
ERP knowledge required (SAP strongly preferred).
Strong knowledge of GAAP and IFRS Accounting required.
Prior experience leading an accounting team.
