Software Support Engineer

Tasks:

• Operation and support of in-house developed applications.
• Analysis, documentation, and resolution of reported bugs.
• Close collaboration with developers and testers.
• Performing system updates and maintenance.

Requirements

• Confident knowledge of Linux operating systems (RedHat, CentOS, Ubuntu).
• Basic understanding of TCP/IP networking.
• Scripting experience (e.g., Bash, Python).
• Experience with MySQL or other database management systems.
• Effective communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
• Customer-oriented attitude and problem-solving mindset.
