Executive Strategic Partner

Purpose:
Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the Executive Strategic Partner accelerates organizational performance through cohesive strategy and senior leadership team alignment. This role supports strategic initiatives and partners closely with our Senior Leadership Team to strengthen coordination across and throughout the many teams working to achieve our vision. This role is in-person at Neighborcare Health’s administrative offices.
Primary Responsibilities:
- In close partnership with the CEO and SLT, support the strategic business of the SLT:
- Make best use of weekly and monthly meetings and other touch points to facilitate business monitoring, planning, and execution.
- Organizes and facilitates meetings, including setting agendas, capturing minutes, and sharing action items for individual and team meetings
- Support alignment of decisions and communications through documentation and project tracking
- Support the CEO and SLT in strategy formulation and implementation:
- Provide project management for selected strategic initiatives
- Leverage data to inform decision making
- Provide a strategic sounding board to the CEO and SLT to support high-level decision making and alignment of decisions with organizational priorities
- Drive strategic planning activities and contribute valuable insight to SLT discussions as a nonvoting member of the senior leadership team.
- Develop regular data updates that support the CEO and SLT in monitoring progress toward organization-wide goals
- Act as a thought partner to Chief Executive Officer on critical changes in the competitive landscape, global marketplace and external business environment.
- Build and support systems, processes, and templates for prioritizing, monitoring, and reporting on the business
- Partner with organizational leaders to develop content for select leadership meetings across the organization.
- Support and follow up with Senior Leadership Team members on strategic initiatives.
- Support and cultivate a productive and supportive senior leadership culture.
- Partner with CEO and Senior Executive Assistant to prepare communications for the governing Board of Directors
- Perform other duties as assigned by the CEO
Required Skills & Abilities:
- Ability to communicate respectfully and with people of varied racial, education and socio-economic backgrounds.
- High level experience with Microsoft Office software of products including: Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, OneDrive, OneNote and PowerPoint.
- Exercise independent judgment and make appropriate decisions in the routine conduct of business.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Strong organizational skills, including the ability to set up and maintain organized and efficient office systems.
- Ability to be detail-oriented, multi-task, organize, problem solve and to follow up on tasks.
- Ability to display consistent professional and ethical conduct.
- Ability to read, write and communicate in English and understand basic math
- Ability to learn from directions, observations and mistakes and apply procedures using good judgment.
- Ability to demonstrate predictable, reliable and timely attendance.
- Must be able to abide by HIPAA laws and NCH’s policies
Preferred for this job:
- Ability to effectively perform job duties under high levels of activity, variety of conditions and restraints.
- Ability to be a system thinker.
Education/Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- At least eight (8) years of experience engaging with executives at senior level.
Compensation
- The wage range for this position is a minimum of $96,394 up to a maximum of $137,155.20.
- Compensation will be determined based on years of relevant experience.
- The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, years of experience, location, qualifications, work schedule and other job-related reasons.
