As an Investor Relations Sr Associate, within PNC's Solebury Strategic Communications organization, you will be based in Stamford.PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position.Job Description
- Assists CEOs, CFOs and Investor Relations Officers to manage their relationships with investors and research analysts. Collaborates with team to prepare presentations for business development meetings with prospective clients.
- Develops and maintains client Investor Relations strategies, plans, and activities with senior advisory oversight. Analyzes client and peer trading technicals, shareholder base composition, and Wall Street sponsorship. Organizes collected information and results to assist in developing content for quarterly financial results.
- May serve as a secondary contact with clients' senior management teams. Manages the investor relations portion of client's web sites and creates presentations and other communication materials as needed. May assist junior team in organizing logistics for investor conferences, non deal road shows, earnings calls, and investor meetings. Monitors and summarizes research analyst reports for senior management, and competitive analysis for clients.
- Oversees development and maintenance of a comprehensive buy-side database and investor call log and email distribution list.
- Researches prospective clients and industries and develops presentations for business development meetings. Reviews competitor/peer financial and business developments. Assists in targeting incremental opportunities for research coverage and new potential shareholders for clients.
