Description
Onsite is a therapeutic retreat center with a 40-year history of healing and is nestled on a beautiful 250-acre campus in the rolling hills just outside of Nashville. We believe that to best serve our clients, we first need to serve our team members. One way we do this is by providing multiple layers of benefits, to include:
- Pay is $14.25 per hour, paid bi-weekly
- $150 Quarterly bonus
- Part-time, scheduled likely 15-25 hours per week
- Shift: Flexible based on organization and candidate's needs
This role is responsible for maintaining a safe and clean environment for all clients, staff members, and visitors through the daily, weekly, and monthly activities related to program turnover and/or preparation. The ideal candidate will:
- Wash, dry and fold laundry; bundle and deliver laundry to rooms; maintain a clean and healthy laundry and inventory storage facility
- Clean, sanitize and refresh/reset all client rooms including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, mopping and maintaining the look and feel of the client rooms
- Dust furnishings and fixtures, polish and maintain antique furnishings; sweep, mop and vacuum common areas as needed
- The team is looking for highly accountable individuals who have a strong attention to detail and pride in their work. Someone with a high-performance attitude, works independently and takes initiative will succeed on this team.
- Regular and reliable attendance is a must
- Perform other duties as assigned
Education and/or Experience:
- High school graduate or equivalent preferred;
- General knowledge of various housekeeping duties preferred;
- Valid driver’s license required.
