- Develop methods to improve efficiency and maintain an organized working environment
- Serve as receptionist, answering telephone calls and providing support to visitors
- Maintain and update resource materials for service line staff
- Complete general office duties, including mailing, filing, and organizing
- Gather, organize, and summarize information for meetings and conferences
- Train colleagues on the use of common office equipment
- Manage meeting calendars and arrange meeting facilities and equipment
- Maintain records and ensure compliance with HIPAA and confidentiality requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent certificate required
- Associate's or bachelor's degree in an applicable field, such as human resources or social services, preferred
- One to three years of experience providing clerical/administrative support or other applicable experience preferred
- Advanced skills in computing, including MS Office products, highly desirable
- Successful completion of background check, including criminal record, driving record, abuse/neglect, and fingerprint check
- Current driver's license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance
- Ability to communicate effectively and accurately in verbal and written form
- Strong customer service skills
- Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, or pull
- Repetitive movements of hands, fingers, and arms for typing and/or writing during work shift
- Sitting most of the time, with occasional walking or standing
