About the role
Key responsibilities
- The role drives Portfolio strategy, product strategy, and partnerships to define and evolve Strategic positioning in the market through long-term Product and solution strategies and development, in accordance with Corporate Strategy, focusing on full lifecycle solutions.
- Understand market dynamics and trends, analyze competitors' strategies, and translate them into a product roadmap and platform strategy.
- Drive Technology roadmaps in accordance with the IPG strategy and positioning.
- Lead strategic planning cycle, LRP development to sustain Growth on IPG, walking the internal cross-functional matrix to drive alignment, and drive cross-functional leadership.
- Lead Product leadership office, ensuring outside-in market specs approach, performance, and positioning across portfolio, ensuring to develop business cases and plans for product development and solutions development to sustain positioning
- Drive a Strategic partnership with Packagers, developers, and Electrical providers to develop a Power market positioning beyond the DC bubble and electrification capabilities
- Build the Strategy and Product leadership team to maximize growth and NPD execution
- Own product Cost and Lifecycle, and program execution and implementation in accordance with PRD
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in the Energy and power market with strategy and product portfolio experience, including product development and commercial
- Commercial and market acumen to develop solid Business cases.
- Demonstrated capabilities to work across functions, going beyond reporting lines, with a focus on (Engineering, product, service, and Market)
- Deep understanding of Energy and power products and market, with a focus on Power Gen DC and utilities, to develop system-oriented customer solutions
- Deep engineering knowledge and product knowledge across the industry
- Experience in leading global teams worldwide.
- Engineering Grade with a preference for an MBA degree.
- Risk-taking attitude, with a growth mindset approach, and influencing skills.
