You'll be the go-to expert who helps teams across our organization transform their "What if?" moments into "Here's how!" solutions. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

AI Development & Automation 

• Evaluate emerging AI tools and stay current on industry trends. 
• Document findings and create practical use cases for various departments. 
• Identify opportunities to connect business needs with AI-driven solutions. 
• Maintain prompt libraries and train teams on prompt engineering best practices. 
• Plan, track, and develop proof-of-concepts to demonstrate AI capabilities. 

Training & Knowledge Sharing 

• Develop and deliver AI training programs across the organization. 
• Host workshops on new AI tools and their capabilities. 
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of AI best practices. 
• Conduct open office hours for personalized coaching sessions. 

Strategy & Implementation 

• Help establish AI governance and usage guidelines. 
• Coordinate AI tool acquisition and oversee implementation. 
• Provide guidance on AI tool selection and monitor adoption rates. 
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure safe and compliant AI usage. 

Core Competencies 

• Strong understanding of AI model capabilities and limitations (e.g., Chat GPT, Anthropic, Google Gemini). 
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot for Office 365 
• Creates Custom GPT’s and Projects with ease 
• Experience and interest in Apple Intelligence features 
• Experience in prompt engineering and optimization. 
• Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills. 
• Passion for AI and emerging technologies. 
• Ability to self-learn and adapt quickly. 

Technical Skills 

• Experience with no-code/low-code platforms. 
• Hands-on experience with AI development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursur, Bolt.new). 
• Ability to design and implement automation workflows. 
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities  

Preferred Qualifications 

• Experience with Make or Zapier for automated workflows. 
• Familiarity with popular AI platforms (e.g., DALL-E, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly). 
• Knowledge of API integration, webhooks, and full-stack development. 
• Track record of successful collaboration with cross-functional teams 
• Ability to read and debug code 
• Project Management experience  
• Experience in agile development environments 
• Track record of implementing AI solutions that drive business value 
• Familiarity with Data Lakehouse Strategy
