This position will be part of the Capability Center within ASML Business Services with a primary focus on ASML US projects. It provides guidance to drive stakeholder engagement and project requirements assessment, and will support business transformation projects. This role will lead the change management process and support Project Managers with their running transformation projects.

Role and responsibilities
- Engage with technical and business users nationwide to solicit and refine project use cases and requirements
- Create a strategy for user adoption of a new tool
- Communicate with key stakeholders on impacts to their organizations
- Create a communication campaign to raise awareness of the project
- If time permits, execute the communication plan
- Other duties as assigned.

Education and experience
- Working towards a degree in business, project management, communications, marketing or equivalent.
- Familiar with business project management.
- Familiar with implementation of business transformation, integration and change projects.
- Familiar with running projects using waterfall and agile methodology.
- Familiar in applying lean methodology.
- Experience with working in a (project) team.
- Fluent English speaking and writing.
Skills
- Creating the right improvement mindset in the organization (Lean, Agile).
- Strives for continuous improvement.
- Ensuring state of the art solutions (processes, tools, data) are developed and applied that deliver on the needed requirements.
- Liaising with relevant stakeholders in the E2E Service teams, Business, IT, Data & Analytic teams, Expert Advisory teams and Value Driving teams.
- Multi-disciplinary & multi-cultural understanding, values differences and is able to bridge between different departments and people.
- Shows commitment and flexibility (going the extra mile).

Other information
- This position is located on-site in San Diego, CA. It requires onsite presence to attend in-person work-related events, trainings and meetings and to further ensure teamwork, collaboration and innovation.
- Routinely required to sit; walk; talk; hear; use hands to keyboard, finger, handle, and feel; stoop, kneel, crouch, twist, reach, and stretch. Occasionally required to move around the campus.
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
