Senior Supply Chain Associate - International

As Senior Supply Chain Associate in our International building, you will be responsible for performing a variety of physical, clerical and customer support tasks associated with distribution, materials handling, international shipping and export documentation.

Schedule: This is a first shift position, Monday-Friday, 7am-4pm.
In this role you will
Prepare documentation and products, ensure accuracy of documentation and shipments, and troubleshoots and resolves issues as required
Pick, packs, and ship products to international customers and distributors
Assist with or coordinate international shipping
Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe warehouse and environment.
Investigate any discrepancies or system errors during the international shipping process.
Support all outbound international pick, pack and shipping process for small parcel orders.
Follow packing and shipping instructions in SAP and in email.
File AES information on ACE website for all shipments valued over 2500
Identify and process Dangerous good materials that require dangerous goods declaration.
Understand and execute IATA compliant packaging and labeling for International orders.
What you will need to succeed
High School diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience. Associates degree or equivalent preferred.
Ability to work well under pressure and tight time constraints
Ability to effectively function in a team environment
Ability to prioritize work and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Good computer skills and knowledge including SAP, Microsoft Word and Excel preferred
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to work flexible hours
Able to follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and applicable ISO regulations
Able to properly lift up to 70 pounds; ability to move up to 100 pounds with assistance
For distribution and material handling work: Certificate to operate a forklift may be required; certificate to work with hazardous materials may be required; knowledge of export documentation and international traffic may be required; previous experience with dangerous goods is preferred; knowledge of customs rules, regulations and export documentation preferred
