Location: Kansas City, MO

Pay: 30.04 −41.50/hour + 4 Shift Differentials + 30K Sign-On Bonus!

We are seeking compassionate and experienced Cardiac Care Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our leading healthcare team in Kansas City, MO. This position offers competitive pay, shift differentials, and a limited-time sign-on bonus of up to 30,000 for Night Shifts or 12,000 for Day Shifts with a two-year commitment.

About the Role:
As a Cardiac Care RN, you will:

• Provide high-quality care to patients recovering from open heart surgeries, heart catheterization, stent placement, pacemaker/AICD placements, and cardiovascular surgeries.

• Work in a fast-paced, problem-solving team environment within a comprehensive stroke/STEMI facility.

• Coordinate and deliver patient care in line with nursing standards and hospital policies.

• Ensure compliance with state Nursing Practice Acts and ANA Standards of Practice.

Unit Details:

• Nurse-to-Patient Ratio: Maximum of 1:5 (1:3-1:5 depending on staffing and acuity).

• Patient Population: Recovering from open heart surgeries, heart catheterization, ablations, pacemaker/AICD placement, and cardiovascular surgeries.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 1+ year of acute care experience in cardiac care or a similar setting.

• Education: Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.

• Licensure: Active RN license in Missouri.

• Certifications:

  • BLS certification required upon hire.

  • ACLS certification required within 6 months of hire.
