About the Role:

Join our award-winning Equus Global Client Success team as a Summer 2025 Associate Business Analyst Intern. You'll engage with real-world Global Mobility business challenges through thoughtful use of innovative technologies and develop analytical skills that are crucial for your career. This role offers the chance to make a tangible impact on the global mobility solutions used by many of the world’s largest Corporate Global Mobility programs.

 Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design, analysis, and successful implementation of the Equus Platform to manage international and domestic relocation projects.
• Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements.
• Support the development of reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Work with the team to enhance Global Mobility and Employee experience through technology.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to project discussions.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
• Interest in Global Mobility and International Business.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Familiarity with digital tools and platforms is a plus, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
