Our Residential Supervisor makes it their mission to ensure the comfort and safety of each resident. They interact with high-functioning adults with mental illness who serve as their own guardians and supervise the staff working with these residents. Our residential staff see residents at their best and at their worst. Their relationship is one of mutual respect and admiration.
Role of a Residential Supervisor
Provide daily supervision and oversight of the site and the services being provided.
Provide training and education to staff.
Ensure that services are meeting the needs of residents.
Assist in activities of daily living skills and teaching activities
Medication monitoring
Assists individuals in the pursuit of recreational, social, and community activities based on their preferences and individual plans
Support people to achieve personal outcomes that characterize a high quality of life

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in human services OR High School diploma or GED with 5 years supervised experience in behavioral health.
Leadership experience.
Experience in a helping role is required
Must be at least 21 years of age
Ability to pass criminal/registry background checks
Apartment sites are staffed on a 24/7 basis so coordinating various shifts is an element of this position.
