As a Senior Strategy and Planning Advisor within PNC's technology organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Strongsville, OH, Philadelphia, PA or Phoenix, AZ. The position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at the manager’s discretion.As a Senior Strategy and Planning Advisor, you will be a member of the Technology Strategy team defining and building success narratives for the strategic delivery portfolio. Interactions with senior/executive level management will occur regularly. In this role, you will be responsible for connecting the dots from various teams, reading business cases, creating presentations and ultimately determining why an opportunity is a viable investment for the enterprise.
Due to the nature of this position, we are seeking candidates with strong communication, analytical and data science backgrounds. Past experience in strategic consulting or as a technology strategy manager is preferred. Candidates must be comfortable speaking and presenting to senior leadership.

Job Description
- Drives specific strategic planning initiatives, including analysis, oversight and support for solution development.
- Provides advanced expertise to create the definition, understanding and framing of complex business initiatives.
- Leads advanced planning, analysis, solution development and presentation for more complex strategic initiatives. Ensures quality and accuracy of data elements relative to the initiatives. Mentors and educates team members regarding advanced planning practices.
- Analyzes and recommends solutions for key initiatives. Develops structured and compelling presentations to highlight key findings and makes recommendations to key decision makers within the company.
- Collaborates with the line of business to implement recommended strategic solutions.
