Your Opportunity: the Taylor DM Brands Group is looking for a Director, Finance to lead Financial Planning & Analysis for multiple business units in the group. This role will lead a team of financial analysts and closely partner with the other finance leaders to evolve the overall financial function from a business unit structure to a functional based structure. This position reports directly to the Vice President of Finance.

Your Responsibilities:
Responsible for all financial aspects of the Financial Planning and Analysis team members, including annual budgets, periodic re-forecasts, monthly financial reporting, project profitability analysis, and other ad hoc requests
Provide leadership and development to a team of analysts, ensuring each business in the group has the support needed to plan and manage the expenses related to their business
Provide robust monthly reporting and analysis to the Group President and the Business Unit Presidents
Lead the development of the annual operating budget and ensure it is completed in a timely and accurate manner while implementing standards across the group and ensuring corporate timelines are met
Plan and facilitate monthly financial reviews ensuring the reviews are balanced, data driven and focused on continuous business improvement
Build highly effective, essential relationships and partnerships with Corporate Finance Center of Excellence, all Group Business Unit leaders, and other Finance Directors
Perform special projects and ad-hoc analyses as needed
You Must Have:
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business
10+ years of experience with financial planning and analysis
Progressive responsibility in finance leadership
Proven track record of leading and developing finance teams
Strong leadership skills and a confident communicator
Expert level Excel skills
Very strong analytical and problem-solving skills
We Would Also Prefer:
MBA or CPA
Experience working with large ERP's and databases
The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $180,000-187,000. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The range listed is just one component of Taylor Corporation’s total compensation and benefits package for employees.
