Carondelet Village is seeking  a Full Time Trained Medication Assistant (TMA) to join our team.

 

Please note this is NOT A MEDICAL ASSISTANT ROLE. This Trained Medication Assistant role requires Trained Medication Assistant certification completed in Minnesota and CNA/NAR

 

Current openings include:

Full Time: 6:30a to 3:00p

This schedule includes working every other weekend

The Carondelet community consists of assisted living, memory care and long-term care offered in partnership between the Sisters of St. Joseph and Presbyterian Homes & Services.

Responsibilities

The Trained Medication Assistant is responsible for the provision of high quality care and services to Care Center residents consistent with regulations and established clinical best practices.  The Trained Medication Assistant administers medications and treatments under the direct supervision of a nurse and performs Resident Assistant responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Successful completion of a state approved training program and current certification in medication administration in state(s) in which he/she practices.
  • Successful completion of a state approved nursing assistant training program and current certification in state(s) in which he/she practices.
  • Demonstrated compatibility with PHS's mission and operating philosophies.
  • Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate with all customers.

Pay Range

The estimated starting pay range for this role is $22.25 - $26.43 per hour. This good faith estimate is based upon PHS’s typical starting pay range for this role. Actual pay range depends on many factors including each individual employee’s qualifications and market conditions and is subject to change.
