What You’ll Do:

• Deliver in-home design consultations and present flooring solutions
• Educate customers on product options and recommend tailored solutions
• Use digital tools (tablet, software, etc.) to create proposals and close sales
• Build strong relationships with customers and referral sources
• Collaborate with your local team to ensure top-tier customer experiences
• Celebrate every win—big or small—because your success drives our business

You’ll Thrive in This Role If You Have:

• 2+ years of in-home or outside sales experience
• A background in flooring (a big plus, but not required)
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Tech confidence – Salesforce, tablets, software, measuring tools
• A self-starter mindset and a competitive edge
• A valid driver’s license + flexible schedule
• Integrity and empathy – We’re not pushy; we solve real problems
