Description
Oryana Community Co-op is seeking a full-time Grocery Lead for our 10th St. location. A Grocery Lead supports the Grocery team in providing an exceptional customer experience, ensuring product is stocked in a timely manner and other operational tasks are completed according to department procedures. This position must also be able to fulfill the responsibilities of the Grocery Stocker and Buyer roles as needed. Starting wage is $16.00-$18.00/hour with a raise opportunity at 60 days. Full and Part-time employees receive a great store discount (25% off most purchases), paid time-off and other benefits including Health, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance, and 401k with employer match.
Requirements
This role requires open availability with the ability and willingness to work weekends and/or evening hours. An ideal candidate has familiarity with Oryana product offerings and prior supervisory experience. Must be able to regularly move/transport up to 25 lbs., and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
