THE JOB:

Be part of the team at Carbone Riviera, the highly anticipated new seafood destination opening in the iconic Bellagio! As a Busperson, you will play a vital role in maintaining the stunning dining room, keeping the storerooms organized, and ensuring the food pick-up areas and beverage stations are spotless and fully stocked. Your contributions will be essential in creating an unforgettable experience for our guests. Located in the beautifully transformed former Picasso space, Carbone Riviera showcases a breathtaking seafood display with daily fresh catches and an exhilarating menu celebrating Italian American dining.

THE STARTING RATE: $14.2737 hourly + tips

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Work with servers to ensure proper guest service

• Polish flatware, set up tables with appropriate silverware, glassware, linen, condiments, and accessories, fold napkins properly and ensure ashtrays are clean and available on tables in designated smoking areas

• Clear, clean, and sanitize booth/chair cushions and tables completely, and reset with clean linens, ashtrays, votive candles, glassware, and any additional tabletop items needed

• Remove dirty dishes, debris, and linens from table and bring to the kitchen for proper washing and disposing of trash in designated receptacles

• Coordinate table availability and constantly communicates with Server, Hostess, and Management to ensure tables are turned efficiently

• Serve water, coffee, and soft drinks, refilling when needed

• Ensure that dining room floors are clean and free of debris

• Perform other job-related duties as requested

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• 1+ years of prior relevant experience as a busser or food runner in a fine-dining restaurant

• Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays
