Technical Project Manager- Product Operations
NepaAbout the role
Product Operations (ProdOps) is a team responsible for ensuring stable, efficient and scalable delivery of Nepa’s continuous tracking products (brand tracking, CX, and related solutions). We own the operational lifecycle for large and complex trackers, covering setup, data collection, quality control, scripting, dashboard deliveries and ongoing maintenance.
Beyond day-to-day delivery, ProdOps drives operational excellence by leading internal improvement projects and responding quickly to incidents and escalations.
About the role:
We're seeking a Technical Project Manager to join our Product Operations team. As the bridge between our clients, tech, and operations, you'll manage the full lifecycle of our most important, high-value brand tracking projects. From setup through ongoing delivery. You'll work closely with our Global Tracking Team, Product, Development teams, and Client Success partners to solve complex technical and operational challenges at scale. Your work directly impacts clients, enabling them to act confidently on data-driven insights. Beyond client projects, you'll also contribute to internal improvement initiatives, identifying process bottlenecks, suggesting enhancements, and helping standardize our delivery approaches to drive operational excellence across Nepa.
Your Responsibilities
As our Technical Project Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Plan and manage complex brand tracking projects end-to-end, from initial setup through delivery and maintenance, ensuring technical feasibility and quality.
- Own the technical health of enterprise trackers, monitoring data quality, managing changes, and coordinating with internal teams to prevent operational issues.
- Communicate technical requirements and constraints across teams, translating client needs into operationally viable solutions while managing realistic commitments.
- Support the Sales team with accurate cost estimates, feasibility assessments, and insights on solution design of new brand trackers.
- Participate in internal improvement projects and implement process enhancements that benefit the entire brand tracking product.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless delivery, rapid resolution of escalations, and alignment on process improvements and product enhancements.
Your profile
You are a curious problem solver who thinks analytically to spot issues, troubleshoot data and put practical fixes in place. You explain technical ideas clearly so non-technical colleagues and clients understand and you manage expectations across teams. You are organized and proactive, keeping complex information tidy, spotting potential roadblocks early and jumping in to prevent problems. You enjoy working in a small, agile team; you pitch in, share what you learn and take pride in the group’s successes. You have a growth mindset, keen to learn about our products, processes and the brand tracking business and always looking for ways to improve.
To excel in this role, you should have:
- English proficiency: Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to document technical requirements clearly and present confidently to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Project management expertise: Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders, demonstrated ability to plan, prioritize, and deliver on time.
- Technical proficiency: Comfortable with data concepts, SQL basics, database fundamentals, and a genuine interest in how technical systems work. You want to understand the details.
- Advanced Excel: Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, complex formulas) and practical experience inspecting and validating data.
- Technical data-quality experience: Proven experience identifying, diagnosing and resolving data-quality issues in operational pipelines or ETL processes.
Nice to have:
- Experience with survey design, data collection processes, or market research platforms.
- Familiarity with analytics platforms like Alteryx or Power BI.
- Prior experience in operations, product management, or customer success environments.
A few more details:
– You believe in the power of data to drive smarter decisions and lasting growth.
– You share our values: curiosity that sees what others don’t, passion that shows, clarity over complexity, and the drive to care and act.
– You take pride in delivering the clarity, speed, and impact our clients rely on.
