ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND PROCESS RESPONSIBILITIES(Other duties may be assigned as necessary)Inventory Counters - Cycle Counts- Performs counts to the designated aisles/levels to verify accuracy of pick's inventory.- Records findings in inventory report.- Provides feedback to Stock Control Clerk.Inventory Counters - Problem Picks- Verifies count on pick locations that created problems during shipping.- Records findings in inventory sheets.- Provides feedback to Stock Control Clerk.Inventory Counters - Available- Uses the Available Slot report to verify that all scheduled letdowns have been completed.- Records findings in inventory sheets.- Provides feedback to Stock Control Clerk.EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, AND KEY COMPETENCIES PREFERRED- High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred)- Basic math skills (+, -, *, /)- Basic reading and writing skills - Able to communicate effectively - Attention to detail - Able to work in a Team based environment- Able to operate machines or equipment in a safe, independent manner- Good interpersonal skills- Bi-lingual language skill is a plus- Good organization skillsPHYSICAL AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS- Able to repetitively lift 25lbs. to 60lbs. for the duration of shift, 10 to 12 hours.- Able to occasionally lift 60lbs to 80 lbs. for the duration of shift, 10 to 12 hours.- Must be capable of standing, walking, and squatting for extended periods of time during shift.- Must be capable of working in either a hot or cold environment for the duration of shift.- Must be able to work day and night shifts, holidays and weekends.
