Senior Analyst

<p>We are currently looking for a <strong>Senior Business Analyst</strong> to support a prestigious <strong>European Institution</strong> based in <strong>Brussels</strong>. This is a long-term engagement with expected <strong>on-site presence 3 days per week</strong> (60% on-site / 40% remote).</p><p></p><h3><strong>Responsibilities</strong></h3><ul><li><p>Conduct business process analysis and modelling using tools such as <strong>Microsoft Visio</strong> or equivalent.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather, validate, and formalize business requirements.</p></li><li><p>Translate business needs into clear, structured documentation for IT development teams.</p></li><li><p>Support the testing and implementation phases of new solutions and processes.</p></li><li><p>Act as a bridge between functional teams and technical teams, ensuring alignment on project objectives.</p></li><li><p>Contribute to the continuous improvement of business processes across the institution.</p></li></ul><p></p> <h3>Requirements</h3> <h3><strong>Profile</strong></h3><ul><li><p>Proven experience as a <strong>Senior Business Analyst</strong> within complex, structured environments.</p></li><li><p>Strong <strong>process modelling skills</strong> with hands-on experience using <strong>Visio</strong> or similar tools.</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of and familiarity with the <strong>functioning of European institutions</strong> is a strong asset.</p></li><li><p>Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.</p></li><li><p>Ability to work independently and proactively in a multi-cultural, multi-lingual environment.</p></li><li><p>Fluency in <strong>English</strong> is required; knowledge of <strong>French</strong> is a plus.</p></li></ul>
