Productivity Consultant(Athens).

<p>ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of its client, is searching for a productivity consultant who will participate in Business Re-engineering and productivity Management projects taking place in Greece and abroad.</p><p>As a Productivity Consultant, you will be responsible for analyzing our clients' business processes and workflows, identifying areas for improvement, and developing strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency. You will work closely with clients to understand their unique challenges and objectives, and then design and implement customized solutions to address their needs.</p><p></p><p><strong>Responsibilities: </strong></p><p>As a Consultant, you will participate in Projects, where you will be responsible to: </p><ul> <li> Conduct Operational and Statistical studies. </li> <li> Identify improvement opportunities in Work Processes ,control systems, and Managerial Skills. </li> <li> Deploy Action Plans for the operational optimization of different organizational departments. </li> <li> Design and implement new Management Systems and Operating Procedures. </li> <li> Communicate and co-operate with executives at all levels of the client companies. </li> <li> Work on different operational Case Studies, related to the business of the clients. </li> <li> Conduct Management Training for the executives of the clients.</li> </ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul> <li><strong>Engineering or Finance University background.
