You can also enjoy our weekly breakfast and lunch specials</p></li><li><p><strong>OFFICE DOGS:</strong> Dogs in the office are welcome</p></li></ul><p><strong>The role - your passion</strong></p><ul><li><p>You will work as a business consultant within the company on various strategic key projects across different departments</p></li><li><p>One of your tasks will also include supporting the corporate development of the organization to manage growth and setting strategic targets for the year</p></li><li><p>You are in charge of improving cost structures and processes while keeping the roadsurfer customer experience and therefore the satisfaction at the highest level</p></li><li><p>You are going to prepare monthly as well as quarterly business reviews and manage ad-hoc requests</p></li></ul><p><strong>What you need to surf the wave with us</strong></p><ul><li><p>You successfully finished your bachelors degree, preferably in business management or within innovation/entrepreneurship related fields</p></li><li><p>Also you have 4+ years relevant experience in business development and/or consulting </p></li><li><p>Previous experience within a well-known international consulting company gives you a significant plus</p></li><li><p>The position also requires you to have an entrepreneurial mindset as well as an attitude to proactively come up with fresh and disruptive ideas</p></li><li><p>You should have the ability to work effectively with people at all levels within an organization</p></li><li><p>Finally you bring excellent English &amp; German (as a nice to have) skills both spoken as well as written</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>ABOUT #ROADSURFER</strong></p><p>As a #roadsurfer you are part of an open, fast-growing team with ambitious goals and a great team spirit.
