Primary Duties and Responsibilities

This position will assist staff in the areas of reception and general administration. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional interpersonal skills and be able to communicate well with music industry professionals, and the public at large. This position will function as the first impression of Ocean Way Nashville Studios and Belmont University. Business professionalism is required at all times.

Note: This is purely an administrative role. Ocean Way Nashville is specifically not looking for anyone interested in becoming a recording engineer, producer, or artist.

Responsibilities would be, but not limited to the following:

• Operate as general reception (answering phones) for Ocean Way Nashville
• Manage Access Control to clients and students entering Ocean Way Nashville
• Assist Ocean Way Nashville clients and staff in any requested administrative needs
• Organizing receipts daily for any credit card purchases at Ocean Way Nashville
• Closing / Weekend Shifts: Assist Client Services Representatives with any building closing procedures as needed.

Applicant may work day, night, and weekend shifts.   Required EducationMust be a current Belmont Student. Preferred CEMB Major (Junior / Senior)    Required ExperienceAdministrative work experience in a business professional setting.
