Overview:

FlexStaff is seeking a full-time -TEMP, X-Ray Tech to provide high-quality imaging services for our client in their Radiology Department. This position offers flexible scheduling opportunities, with a specific focus on weekend mid-day shifts. This Position is a Full-Time-TEMP-13 Week Contract Position

 

Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality X-Ray examinations while ensuring patient safety and comfort.
• Prepare patients for procedures, explain the process, and answer any questions they may have.
• Operate X-Ray equipment efficiently and accurately, adhering to protocols and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive patient care.
• Adhere to infection control and radiation safety protocols.

 

Qualifications:

• Current ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification in Radiography or equivalent.
• Valid state license to practice as a Radiologic Technologist.
• Strong knowledge of X-Ray imaging protocols and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
