Senior BI Analyst

<p><strong>ManpowerGroup</strong> <strong>Greece</strong>, on behalf of its client a multinational pharmaceutical company is seeking <strong>a Senior BI Analyst</strong></p> <p>for their headquarters in the northern suburbs of <strong>Athens</strong></p><p><br/></p><p><strong>What is Expected from You:</strong></p> <p>As a Business Insights Analyst, your main tasks and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:</p> <ul> <li>Use primary research methodologies and secondary data sources to develop and recommend business strategies that drive growth<br/> </li> <li>Maintain an overview of the market research projects and budget within the Therapeutic Area (TA)</li> <li>Interpret research results and assist in generating recommendations</li> <li>Coordinate the Competitive Intelligence collection process within the TA</li> <li>Analyze market intelligence on competitors, customers, strategy, and product offerings</li> <li>Demonstrate the ability of using compelling data and insights to positively impact achievement of business goals</li> <li>Support the process of managing outside market research suppliers to help implement the research</li> <li>Coordinate the patient and unit-based forecasting of the team ensuring that the necessary models are in place for the forecasting process</li> <li>Represent Customer Digital Strategy in different networks and maintain internal and external collaborator connections for insights generation and validation </li> </ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p><strong>Education And Experience:</strong></p><ul> <li>University degree preferably in Data Sciences, Mathematics, BI or Economics</li> <li>Master’s degree in relevant fields</li> <li>A minimum of 2 years' related experience in Business Insights, Data Analytics or Research roles</li> <li>Excellent command of both English &amp; Greek languages</li> <li>Expertise and excellent use of Data mining software and analytics tools</li> </ul><p><strong>Proficiencies And Skills:</strong></p><ul> <li>Project Management skills</li> <li>Strong communication &amp; interpersonal skills</li> <li>Strong presentation and influencing skills</li> <li>Ability to work in a matrix organization and participate effectively both independently and as part of multiple teams</li> <li>Capacity to work under strict timelines, combined with flexibility when emergency situations require this</li> <li>Attitude towards achieving goals within a diverse workforce that is oriented around customer engagement<br/><br/><br/><br/> </li> </ul><p><em>#Empoweringtalent</em> <em>#WebelieveinTalent</em> <em>#ManpowerGroupGreece</em></p><p>ManpowerGroup Greece was founded in 1998.
